The institution functioning is as per professional code of prescribed / suggested by statutory bodies / regulatory authorities for different professions

A code of professional conduct brings about accountability, responsibility and trust to the individuals in the profession they serve. VSR & NVR College practices and functions as per the professional code of affiliating Acharya Nagarjuna University, regulatory authority of Autonomous, UGC and AICTE statuettes.

The recruitment, service, promotion and superannuation are governed by the rules of the UGC, Acharya Nagarjuna University and the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Service Rules for Teaching
Non-teaching staff as per UGC Norms and Andhra Pradesh Private Educational Institutional Employees (conduct) Rules, 1985. G.O Ms.No.13, Education (Rules) Dt: 8.01.1986 published in A.P Gazette (Extra part – I, Dt: 15.01.1986).
The UG & PG courses of the institution have relevance to the goals and objectives of the college.

The College aims to impart knowledge, necessary for the holistic development of the students, thereby making them capable of being skilful & better employed. VSR & NVR College also focuses on co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities and inculcates the Research attitude in students by funding for their Mini Projects.
