History


The Department of Telugu was established in the year 1951. 25 members retired from service as on today. Kalaprapurna Dr.Konduri Veera Raghavacharyulu, eminent critic and writer Sri G V Krishna Rao, famous feminist writer Smt Lalitha Kumari (OLGA), recently retired RJD SRI Devapalana, devoted lecturers Sri Papaiah, Yoga Teacher Sri K Mallikarjun, Mrs P Sarada, Sri Y.V Bhaskar rao, Sri M Satyanarayana, Sri Durga Prasad, Sri Kondaiah Valli, the first lady principal of VSR &NVR College, Mrs Solomon Raju enhanced the image of the department .Smt K.V. Padmavathi Devi M.A, (PhD) is the only aided member of the department at present.
