COMMUNITY SERVICE

  During the post accreditation period the Librarian did her bit of service to the needy.

  She gathered the children of Ananthavaram village, who were reluctant to go to school and motivated them to get themselves educated speaking at length about the importance of education.

OUTREACH PROGRAMS

Addressing women, who rush to hospitals for minor ailments, she educated them on the side effects of allopathic medicines and advised them to go for ayurvedic medicine, if necessary. She gave tips to them to use the available herbs, which can cure some ailments.
The Librarian conducts classes in yoga for girl students as well as outsiders. As one who believes in the benefits of meditation, she speaks on meditation, whenever she finds an opportunity.

BLOOD DONATION CAMPS

  Every year college organizes Blood Donation Camp. The Librarian organized the camp one year

  She donates blood, whenever a blood donation camp is organized on the campus.

BADMINTON PLAYER

The librarian is a good player. For 4 years continuously, she was the winner of Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles in the AP Teachers Tournaments Conducted for all the lecturers of all the colleges affiliated to four universities.
